Default still loosing oil, ideas?

so about 7000 kms ago i replaced my valve stem seals, head gasket, pcv valve, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, and im still burning or loosing oil, im not sure what else it could be, im sure its not the piston rings because it would be smoking quite a bit, does anyone have any other input or ideas of what it could be? the car is a 93 dx with a d15b7

How many miles are on it?. Have you cleaned the engine thoroughly with a power washer and then driven it to look for fresh leaks? Check the front and rear main crankshaft seals if you haven't already. Of course, the rear main seal is tough to get at but if it is leaking you will see oil by the flywheel cover. The front main seal is no picnic either since the lower timing belt cover has to be removed. I hope you find it.

it could be you piston rings even if it didnt smoke much or your valve guides, maybe a leak?

have done a leak down and compression test, i got 160-170 compression and 11-14% leakage across the block. the crank seal is just sweating so im pretty sure thats not my issue. no oil or anything around the flywheel cover, ive been thinking its the valve guides, could that be a logical guess? theres also 233xxx kms on the engine. after about 2000kms after topping up the oil i would be down to about 1/2 way between full and add on the dipstick

im not to sure what they call it but this is worth it. go to your local parts store and there is this **** you can add to your oil that after you clean your engine all up you would take a black light to the bay and it will light up showing you were the leak or leaks r

Holy crap its the rings. This is a old civic motor...the rings don't last forever in these things. 9 out of 10 oil burning hondas have shot rings or oval cylinders.

i was hoping it wasnt the rings, but it doesnt smoke at all and i was under the influence that if your rings are gone then your car smokes like bob marley, but its weird because this never happened until we got the timing belt and waterpump done
