Can someone please tell me step by step, how to do a valve adjustment?

i am also doing cam seals, so i figured i should adjust the valves while i got it open.

oh, ITR head, skunk2 stainless valves. skunk2 cams. if that matters.

 

buy a helms.

Check C-Speed.. Im sure there is a breakdown there.
