New Alignment Spec.
Ok.
Went to align the car today here are the before and after spec. and let me know if I needed a camber kit. The tech at the alignment shop insisted I should get a camber kit and I told him just set the toe to 0 or close.

Left Front:
camber -1.8
caster 2.9
toe -0.61
Right Front:
camber -2.0
caster 2.8
toe -0.61
Rear Left:
camber -2.1
toe 0.21
Right Rear:

After Measurements:
Left Front:
camber -1.8
caster 2.9
toe 0.04
Right Front:
camber -2.1
caster 2.8
toe 0.04

Camber looks fine to me. ~2* all around. I prolly would've shifted the front beam over a tad to even out the camber, but I don't have access to an alignment rack anymore

You can loosen the lower crossmember boltsand shift it around with a prybar, then have someone tighten the bolts back down while you hold it in place. Its not much, but you can use it to move caster and camber around on a lot of hondas. Its a pretty standard method at any Honda dealer, even instructed in a few service bulletins.
