ok, so, i pumped moble 1 93 octane (on an empty tank) one morning and in the afternoon it didnt have the smooth idle that it always had. so i went back to the other gas i would normally put and the shakey feel went away. does anyone else have this problem???

 

You need 87. LOL 93 is fine, I'd take 93 over the chitty 91 CA gas any day.

 

I've never had that problem.... I've used different brands and octanes throughout the years in different cars and never had that problem. Thats wierd. . .

yeah, im from south texas and all we have there is 91 also but since i am stationed upstate NY in the army i have no choice but to pump what they have here. i am HAPPY to know that its 93 but i am not happy with the crappy gas they got and thats why i tried moble 1 gas and then it acted like that. so i dont know what to do other than stick with the gas that doesnt give me the rough or shakey idle. other then that she runs good! but i sure do miss that good brand gas from down south. i like BP alot but there are none up here in upstate NY and that sucks. ANYBODY ELSE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE OF MINE???
