tires rubbing?

Default tires rubbing?

hey i just got new tires put on my stock ep3 wheels and of coarse the tire shop scratched them so now there being sent away for repairs and they put on another set of wheels both sets are 16 inche and now with there rims on my car when i hit big bumps my tires rub on the inner fender can anyone help me out ive hit the same bumps with my stock wheels and havnt had any problem im lost unless those ******** adjusted my coil overs???

Not really much of a choice if you're waiting for the other set of wheels. Or...put the stockies back on.

Take it back to them and tell them its rubbing. They shouldnt give you something if its screwing with your car... just my .02

^^ thats one way if you want to stop the rubbing for good... But its not for the faint of heart. If you do not want to roll the fenders or cut the fenders, ust stay away from bumps as Tyte-s said.

Make sure you heat the lip before rolling to make the paint more plyable. Or do it right with the fender roller.

Why are you guys even mentioning fender rolling for a temporary crappy set of wheels he's using? He can 1) not hit bumps hard 2) call the shop and get different wheels 3) borrow a set of stock wheels or something. Simple. To the OP, they could be rubbing from a wrong offset on the wheels or bigger tires, I would guess offset.

Or he can fix it for good, and not have to worry about rubbing, even with lower offset wheel. Its basically giving him more room to upgrade in the future.
