Default Not your avg S2000 CE28N's

So it's finally warming up here in MI... and I decided to pull off my wheels (still on stock AP2 v1's) and do a bit of spring cleaning

So I thought to myself... this would be a great time to see what my S13's CE28N's look like on my S2000. Way to big in my opinion, but it was fun to see what it looks like and not something you typically see on a S2000

Wheel specs
F 17x9 +15 (tire: 235)
R 17x9.5 +22 (tire: 245)

Front (as straight down as I could)

Rear (as straight down as I could)

wow, thats crazy. even the fronts are wider than the widest rear S2K CE's you can get. just shows you how wide those cars can run would be nice if the S2K could fit those sizes nice test-fit though

not practical, unless you're planning on maxing out your camber. you'll rub mad on bumps or brake off your fenders.

Edit: i hope buy, "trying them on" you mean that you are taking them off and not driving with them on.

i'll go out on a limb here and say, "that **** is gay son"

fer real, i mean is that whats hot now? drive around with your tires sticking 2 inches out ? whats the point behind it? it's not like it looks cool or anything.

Ha... no... no turns. I "drove" it ~1ft straight forward and back to get it on and off of a ramp so I could get the jack under the car... that was about it.

Like I said... the only reason I wanted to do it was to see how ridiculous it would look while I pulled off my stock AP2 v1's to clean them and the suspension after sitting all winter. There's only a few mil between the tire and fender front and rear, so unless you replaced your springs with a solid tube... I don't think this would ever work... maybe over fenders, but I don't like those either.

The wheels belong and are back on my other car:

Need bigger tires, but these are still good and were free...

The rears can fit with ASM/J's overfenders. I wonder if the fronts can clear the J's GT fenders.

If only we can run these sizes and offsets on the stock body
