K20A TYPE R BOTTOM END............................................... ........
hey guys I have a stock k20a bottom end..... bottom end has about 46k on it. Never sprayed or boosted, bought it for the head. It has all the censors, and I have all accessories for it...

he is a scammer and a con artist. i purchesed a setup for $1800 from him and NEVER recieved it. he screens my phone calles and has yet to refund my money. the few itemes i did recieve were sent back and he claims he never recieved them and refuses to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

3 weeks prior 4/15/08 is 3/25/08. he SUPPOSEDLY shippped my block and misc parts on 3/26/08 being that it was bought on 3/19/08.
this proves that the block was never sent as he said where "the box ripped".
i kinda had that feeling that something was up wen he CONTINUED TO BUMP THE FOR SALE THREAD AFTER I BOUGHT ALL THE ITEMS FOR SALE!
like i said before the parts were delivered to the address that he provided both me and PAYPAL. he contacted paypal the day before delivery that his address was changed.
do not get me misunderstood or underestimated. all i want is my money period. i was very nice and paitent with josh. he gave me a list of excuses why he still hadnt shipped the items 7 days after purchuse. i let that slide. he didnt ship until i put a hold on the account 10 days after payment and with that he finnally shipped some of the items. he provided 3 tracking #s and i lifted the dispute. the 3 packages arrive and the sleeved block and girdle were not included. i called him and he said the box broke and it needed to be resent. fine. meaning there was a 4th box and NO TRACKING #? until he provided a tracking # i started a claim protecting myself he then called and preached about morals and principle and etc. i told him i just wanted wat i paid for not a relationship. he ranted and wat not in the end i told him i wanted the block he said ok. next thing i know paypal is asking for a return of the parts so i did and provided tracking #s as requested. they were delived on 4/15/08 to the address provided. he sent an email to paypal on 4/14/08 saying the address is not currnt anymore and paypal said it was nothing they could do about it. the items never reached him (supposedly) and the claim was rulled in my favor but poor josh cant afford to return my $1800 and is trying to apeal. i will not stop till i get my money. point blank period by any means nessacary.
