h23 and h22 distributors are the same. sounds like you need to give more info about what you are trying to do.

yea the h23 is an external an the h22 is an internal coil can this work with the same wiring harrness or do i need a new h22 wiring harness i went from usdm h23a non v tec to jdm h22a v tec an i brought the usdm p13 ecu to change from the p14. also every thing is on the opposite side of the engine . thx for any help i am also having a problem with the intake manafold

Or you can just use the internal coil distributer. All you have to do is jump off two wires on the external coil connector. I would recommend using an inline fuse or many people say you can just push a fuse right into the plug. Sorry I don't feel like searching right now but you shouldn't have any problem finding out which two wires to connect. Just use that big red search button.

h22 and h23 dizzys are not different usually different. Your problem is twofold. You have a JDM dizzy, which is different, and an obd2 car. You can use your h23 dizzy and coil if you put an obd2 oil pump in the engine. Or you can use your JDM dizzy if you connect the power wires on the coil plug like a previous poster mentioned and run four wires from the back of your engine to your dizzy. Several posts cover how to hook it up.
