i have a ground short on the underdash fuse box #32 (ECM, TCM, Clock, Stereo Radio, maintenance reminder unit) which is also taking out my turning signals. the part in (...) is all that i am able to find. so where do i begin in fixing this issue? where does the wire run after the ecu? is there a spot where i can just replace the wire at both ends or what?
i am lost on fixing this issue.. and i got tickets for it, so i need to get it fixed within 25days now !! please help

 

you need to go get the book on your car. and look at the diagram.

 

if it is a ground there are a lot of options here... if the ground is bad by the fuse box find the wire or socket that needs to be grounded and run a wire to the bottom left hand side bolt for the dash...
should be behind your hood latch area/behind the kick panel
