Default Springs that don't drop much?

I'd appreciate if you guys could help me choose some springs, here's what I'm looking for:

Info: Car is 98 ek hatch, shocks are koni yellow

Drop: I want as little drop as possible. (not more than 1.5-2")

Spring rates: 450f/400r or something close to that.

In other words, I need an almost race setup that doesn't drop too much,

Which springs should I go for?

Thanks

Go with Tien S-tech. Its looks really good and wont mess up the underside.

Buy some Ground Control coilovers (Koni Shock specific) with the spring rates your looking for. <~ That way you can adjust the height to whatever you'd like!

^^this may help with the spring rates..

may be kinda hard to find a spring at that rate that doesn't drop much because most racing springs have at minimum a 2in drop. your best bet would have to be full coil overs... or settle for the softer spring like the tein s-tech and have adjustable dampers set to the stiffest setting. that is what i am running right now on my hatch, s-tech's with agx's at the stiffest set

hmm, thanks for the link, didn't know the neuspeed race were that stiff. I'm starting to lean more towards the Neuspeed race, only if I could see a pic of their drop... It says 2"-2.2" which should be fine for winter time.

Thats what I'm thinking, I like the rates and they don't drop too much.
