Hey guys i have a couple questions about exhaust compatibility with my d16y8 swap an an eg. I was wondering if the the downpipe for a y8 and z6 are the same, the diamiter i mean. Also i was looking at getting the apexi noir exhaust but i dont know if it will bolt right up to the y8 downpipe. Also how is the quality of the noir exhaust. Thanx for any help.

I want to know if the exhaust for 92-95 civics will bolt up to the downpipe for the d16y8 because i had to modify my existing exhaust to fit on the y8 downpipe.

 

the d16's have the same length cat to exit size as well as the b16/18 for that matter. get the exhaust to fit YOUR model car the engine doesnt make a difference. he noir is a sweet exhaust... i love the apexi world sport 2 as well.

 

Well do not no if this helps but I am using exaust manifold and down pipe for a y8 on my z6.

 

Ok this helps a lot. Thats is what I wanted to know. Looks like i will be ordering either the nori or the ws2 this weekend.
