i had the same problem with my b20 when i ran the ls edu on it. I really didn't know what the problem was but I'm guessing it had to do the the ignition system because my civic did the same thing. it probably isn't getting enough volts.

i going to start off by saying i'm just learning more about this. my friends gsr. is having a problem like this were at 6 1/2 it feels sluggish. but he's been playing with the timming, so we think that maybe he advanced it too much. well not sure if that will help but it's not too hard to do and it doesn't cost anything. well good luck.
