So is this something that's just going to happen, or should I be worried?

Oil is not green my friends, that is coolant. You took off you intake pipe or intake manifold? some kind of headgasket problem would be my best guess, but i dont fully understand where you found this stuff, got a pic?

Found it in the tube circled, and on the inside of the intake arm where the tube connects.

You have the vacuum line from the valve cover connected to your intake, right? Not something else?

Coolant in your valve cover spells doom.

Its the tube that came with the intake when I purchased it.

Why is this bad?

For the love of god change your oil and coolant and check for mixing! You may be doing a head gasket in the near future.

Also a pic of the substance might help us say for sure.

I changed my oil a couple days ago, & filled up my coolant the day after.

Looked for sh*t's and giggles yesterday because I hadnt looked to see if it came back in a couple months and it was there.

But this is what ill do, ill take pictures of what it looks like post them up and clean it out and see if it comes back.

is it a light off green color? dont part of the gasses in the oil vapor contain some acids? maybe its just some corrosion residue...

if you are referring to a very light green almost yellow color, and its thick but moveable, i have seen this before on other c ars, a good example is many jeep liberties, they get a huge glob of this stuff under the oil cap. i have found out that it is when oil and condensation of water mix on engines that are not driven long at all. basically lack of full warm ups, and full temp long cruising operation can cause this, it is of no harm, and when you pour oil onto it it flows back into the motor and gets eaten by the pump no problem. [when i said think i dont mean it can clog, its just a goo like gell state.] if this is it, i just reccomend take a long *** drive and get the motor nice and warm for a long time, and do this every once in a while

I haven't looked on mine yet, but do these cars have an EGR plate inbetween the TB and the intake that coolant runs through? If thats the case, it could probably be an EGR spacer gasket.
