How Soft Are Regamaster Rims?
Im holding back on getting some 16" regamaster cuz im going to be daily driven and i dont want to buy some rims that are soft. And bent on me. I used to have some te37 17" (Prelude) those were pretty good for my daily beatin to work. So my question is are desmond rims going to hold up on my daily driving to work (some bumps some lil holes but I drive slow over them)?

I have smashed NYC potholes with amazing brute force and my Spoon SW388's don't have a scratch on em. They are the same as the Regas so, I think you would be OK. Better off with a forged wheel than a non forged wheel if strength is an issue.

I have had mine for over a year and they are holding up very strong. They are forged.
I've slammed my *ROTAS* into a curb at 35+mph with only a very very slight bend... so since everyone (who doesn't know what they're actually talking about) says the rotas are super weak compared to desmond regas then you should be fine..
-Dave, who would not pay 2k for any set of wheels ever unless he was very very drunk and/or stoned.

this one time i was out with two other friends, one with a celica gts the other with a civic si with copy te37. we all went through the same pothole cuz we were following each other... two of the GTS' rims were bent, and the copy te37 were bent too... the EVO were unscathed
i ran the desmond evo's for one year through some crappy streets and potholes. i also ran on a rim for 5 miles on a flat tire. they never bent or anything. a very strong rim because they are forged. desmonds=
