I can not find anywhere a installation instructions on a aftermarket tach. I found something but the pictures are all broken. Anyone know how to install one on a ek hatch? Thanks in advance.

 

follow the blue wire on the dizzy and hook the the tach straight from there...

then hook up power and ground!

 

first take the tach out of the box, then look at it and its color changing gauge face.

then realize its gay as hell and throw it in the garbage. i dont care if you got it for free. or whatnot that **** is whack

Well there is a local forum that are selling SI clusters for 130. But dont have the money for that. Got the dx cluster for free, tach for free. Still got to get custom exhaust, new windshield to pass inspection, inspection stick and registration. So I am going to be gay as hell with the faze tach for a while. And then before I get the cluster, I need to do a timing belt job. So....

 

u could get a ex cluster for pretty cheap, and you wont have to drill holes in your dash to mount a tach!
