Default Brake problems help.......!!

Yesterday while i was driving my brake pedal started getting soft for some reason? I changed front and rear brake pads also bleeded all the lines and the pedal is still soft and mushy!! Could it be the brake master cylinder thats the problem?? LMK ASAP!!

sometimes the pedal feels mushy before the pads are completed bedded in. i would bleed the brakes again and bed in the new brake pads before id look at the MC. if the pedal goes completely to the floor then i would look at getting a new MC.

Could be the master cylinder seals which i kind of doubt cas it just happend recently, it could be the brake lines have a bubble on it (when letting the brake caliper hang it could have torn the inner linning) which could cause spongy feeling. could be air in the system, maybe even leaking piston seal...

Try bleeding it out again and make sure all the fittings are tight. Make sure you bleed the lines in order, farthest away from the master first. If that doesnt fix it, it could possibly be a seal in the master.

i have had that problem before.... just make sure you seet the pads in really well...go drive it and make three or 4 really hard stops..you will no when the brake pads are seated in because the wheels will lock up...also do a couple hard reverse stops..i dought it has anything to do with your master cylinder...master cylinders usually dont just go out.... i know from experience...i work at a dealership for a living lol... and like the other guys have ben sayin...bleed the brake again and make sure that there is no air in the lines.... because that could deff make the pedal soft.....good luck......
