hahah! smog, that's funny. CA is the only one that's ballbusters about that. Pretty much everywhere else they don't care about parts or swaps as long as it passes emissions. I'm surprised at how many states don't even have emissions testing, just a safety check. Sorry, not trying to be an *** but I would not want to go thru that hassle. How the hell do you get away with turbos?
