Default head gasket ?'s (did search)

How reliable is a 2 layer or even a one layer oem head gasket for a d16z6?
Where can I get one? link, site? I am building a motor with .50 over with a6 pistons I want to raise compression as much as I RELIABLY can.
Thanks.

OEM is a 3 layer.

Anything else is aftermarket.

Sorry, I meant removing a layer or two from the OEM.
Is that reliable?

Is there anyone who makes a headgasket thinner than .037 that the OEM is?
