it all depends on what you want to do with it. What you use the car for (dd, or race) How much you are looking to spend...hp range...it all depends maybe with a little more info we would be able to help you out....thanks

well its going to be a DD mainly for work, but thats only like 2 miles from my house so its not that big of a deal. idk how big of a pain in the *** this is going to be to do, but i went to a junk yard today and picked up a obd1 pr4 ecu to engine and engine harness to try gettin it obd1, the thing is i bought it with the swap (which i will never do again unless i know the person) cuz the guy that i bought it from (im assuming he did the swap he's the only other owner of the car) was running a obd1 p75-a01 ecu to the stock obd0 harness that he decided to chop the wires comin out of the ecu and cut the ecu harness off the obd0 wiring and twisted the wires together and used electrical tape to hold ALL of them together, its a HUUUUGE mess (which is why i bought those harnesses for obd1 integra UNCUT, i plan on pullin the engine and doin a wire tuck, nothin outragous. figured if im doin all that wiring for the obd1 conversion, i might as well do it up! oh and he was runnin a TD-85U dizzy on the b18a1 with obd0 harness to the obd1 ecu?! so i havent decided what to go with, i have a obd1 pr4 ecu and a obd1 p75 ecu, i personally think ima go with the p75 unless i hear otherwise on this thread, with the correct wiring now and the TD-55U dizzy i picked up, it should be all good after that, right? im just learnin all this **** cuz the car was having major ignition timing issues (i wonder why!) i ended up having ppl say it was valve timing, IN 2 NIGHTS i set the timing 12+ times freakin out cuz i just couldnt figure it out. sry its such a long reply i just figured i'd let you and anyone else that hits this up what im workin with here. thanks in advanced!
