Looks like some plastic cut to shape and screwed into place. I think you can find everything you need at Home Depot. I hope u dont want this for the street.

OP: looks like they used ABS plastic. pretty common material.

 

it would not be for street use, just at the track. i thought it was ABS plastic too, but how would they get it to bend like that? heat it up maybe?

 

Once you bend to to the shape just screw it or rivet it into place and it should hold. But im guessing they did use a little heat to ease the process. You can probably call them and ask....they are pretty cool people.

 

u can use like 1/8" UHMW sheet..

Its the same thing as black plastic garden trim that you can buy at Home Depot for next to nothing. You see it on integras alot. Thats probably your cheapest route and if your not a dumbass it can look decent.
