There is always Stripping work to be done at Special Projects Motor Sports!
Even if you just come in for a Chat like Tom Lepper did today... He made the mistake of helping James and Jos'e remove the Famous Andy Hope Circuit Monsters Wrap from the NASA Media Car.
The car is now owned by Renan Bayer who will show everyone very soon that this is not as Slow as it has seemed, to everyone else who has driven it!
We at Special Projects Motor Sports are keen to help the H2, and other Classes grow on the West Coast, and I am so confident that we and Renan can make this thing fly... the car will next be seen racing with full P1Spec Ground Effects Sponsorship.
Good Luck Renan!

Is Renan planning to run that car AS IS with the same gearbox and final drive to prove just how much faster he is?
Just curious. It won't exactly be a surprise if he drops a second of previous drivers' times once that torqueless B16 is properly geared...
Just sayin'.
PS: Congrats to Renan (aka Juan Toshag) on stepping up to H2. Welcome.

So did it take any paint off with it? When I peeled the wrap off the '06 the paint was so smooth it felt like it had been clay barred. But I wasn't sure what would happen with the 12 coats of paint on the EG.
Congratulations Renan! I'm glad you'll be back on the track. Good luck with the curse.
Meris,
I thought you had worked that out with Flaherty. Hit him up.

Actually Andy the vinyl wrap all came off quite easilly... I take back all the things I said about you! You know, all about your parents not being married and all that stuff
The only paint that came off was the front bumper, and were replacing that anyway.
The paint on the car is still in excellent condition, so were going to leave it Yeller in the meantime, I'll massage out the couple of minor dings.
We have some big development plans for the car, but we should have the basics done by Buttonwillow.
