Default odd issues with f23a1

after driving when i slow down or stop the car, it starts revving on its own? =/
at 8-900rpms, the rpm starts freakin out and the check engine light is on too! (
is it normal for the car's rpm to be freakin out like this after getting a ported head, intake manifold and a mild cam?? could it be the cam gear?

it could possibly be your throttle position sensor or you could have a fuel pump getting ready to go bad

knowing the code would be a good start. go to autozone and get the code read for free.

what cam did you have installed? a lumpy idle can be caused by a cam.
