I have been having an issue with bolts coming loose. I just bought a hatch with an lsv a while ago. One day I was drivin along. Then BAM rear motor mount bolt fell out! Then today. The bolt on the rotor for the distributer fell out. This car has full hasport mounts. Do you think these bolts coming loose is the engine vibration? Would a engine damper help?
The other thing was. Since it has no p/s. No a/c. The guy has just a crank pully w/o a spot for the a/c or p/s. Would it be wise for me to get an actual harmonic balancer for it. Wouldnt that reduce vibrations.

Use some Loctite on the bolt/nut.
Yes, use a factory pulley! Aftermarket crap tends to cause havoc to the working internals/crank/bearings of the motor. Definitely replace that ASAP.

That was my plan. I ordered a new cap and rotor. Everything else looked ok once i took it apart today. Im gonna order an endyne balancer tonight. Along with the engine damper which should help a TON!
