Ive drove civics of all flavors for many years. I decided to try out a prelude. I bought a 95 SI, ordered a h22a1 (JDM) and ecu that was socketed. (also JDM) now I only have one cel light wich is the tp sensor. I can handle the cel light, but I also have a SRS light flashing. My guess is my SRS ecu is shot..anyone know for sure? And my ABS light stays on...Havent a clue on that one? Any ideas?

 

abs could be caused by a few factors.
one could be that your brakes need a change.
two that the abs sensors gone to crap.

SRS light
if it was in an accident and the bags deployed and the previous owner had new bags installed but never reset the memory the light will stay on.

it's very easy to reset
i think the 4th gen MES is in a different spot though.

Thanks for the reply man, I think the car was bumped before I got it. i will try reseting the srs.
