Default Carsound Cat Group Buy - OT

Please check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=226523

I've posted this 2 times since 5am and some moderator has deleted it both times without even IMing me for the reason or who he is. I don't know why I can't post the link in this forum as I have in others without a single problem.

it was me Dave. not being an ***...sorry. its just your a business selling a product and on top of that...its a group buy. there are 2 forums for it. best buys and classified. I'm not deleting this one....i'll leave it. but if it disappears again...it was someone else but i'm just telling you my reasoning.

Makes sense.

But if this thread gets deleted and I decide to start a new thread to give fellow ITR owners a heads up on a GB that would interest many, that would be fine right?

Jeff, Thanks for coming forward.

I believe I'm still in the guidelines for this forum since I don't post prices. Did that once and a previous moderator corrected me.

I'm not sure why moderators who delete posts (and I understand why they do) can't just contact the individual as a courtesy to let them know. That way it doesn't end up in the public forum.

A moderator should be like a ref in hockey - you know they are doing a good job if you never notice them...

in most cases i think people understand why they get deleted because they blantenly posted something as a spoof, to **** someone off, to argue or they know it was borderline. by deleting that type of stuff normally it'll just pass and move on and not be brought up again unless some points were deleted from that user.
alot happens in the background but sometimes it gets questioned.

Personally i just delete or lock. i don't tell the poster anything. More then likely they know why but they would prefer to argue about it instead of moving on. So...by dancing around the poster and letting them know what i'm going to do...i just do it...saves me time and energy. If its locked...then they im me and ask why and then i tell them. if its deleted...usually that means it went just too far or was really retarded. Its bad enough to see a post that needs attention when i notice it...its another to try to explain something that was pretty obvious

Lip...who still thinks a group buy is a group buy

What about making it a sticky, like the one that stayed at the top of the R fourm for longest time? That one seemed about as "R related."

Ok. Was just a thought. I often check just the ITR forum and I may have missed this if it hadn't been here. Thanks for leaving it.
