Howdy HT. Let me start by saying I searched this topic and go 0 results so lets begin.. Alright my last hatchback I bought already being GSR bar'd. I aint gonna lie, being bar'd was a nice security blanket to me compared to my friends who are scared to drive there swapped cars. Which leads to my question, Now that im starting fresh I would like to get another swap down the road and would eventually like to get it bar'd. But what do you actually need to get a motor swap bar'd? Please be detailed with your response please! THANX N Advance!

 

 

did you search archieved? you need everything for the motor your baring. you need all emissions equipment, the correct ecu. the motor has to be the year of the car or newer.

he means just what he said. You need all smog equipment that would come stock on a car. Make sure you're running the right ecu, no CELs, evap canister etc. If you have any aftermarket parts make sure they have a carb eo #
