Default Rsx Type S Spark Plugs

I heard alot of ppl say that the best spark plugs for your Rsx Type S are from the dealership... However; are the spark plugs that they sell on clubrsx.com ( NGK Iridium Spark Plugs Part Number: NGK-IFR7G-11KS ) the same as the dealership ones ???

That is the NGK part number that is listed in the helms, so I imagine it is perfectly fine. The dealership will probably sell you the same stuff at a premium, but I have never changed my plugs so I can't say for sure.

when we change the plug wires, do the coil packs get replaced to? compared to older model hondas where the wires and plug thingys are one piece.

Yes NGK-IFR7G-11KS are fine for a type-s motor.

No the coil packs do not need to be replaced unless there is something wrong with them.

The dealership probably sells NGK or Denso plugs that are spec'd for your engine. You can buy them at other retailers for probably a few bucks less, same thing. Just use the plug number spec'd in the owner's manual.

""when we change the plug wires, do the coil packs get replaced to? ""

There are no plug wires to replace, and the coil packs will either work or not. When one doesn't, that's the time to replace it.

those are the same plugs that we sell to customers (you have the correct NGK part no.)

there are also Denso branded ones that we sell for the RSX-S as well. here's the part number if you're curious: SK22PR-M11S (Denso part #).

we sell each plug for about $23CAD at the parts counter.
