Ok, I just swapped my dx hatch with a d16z6. I also swapped in a ex/si cluster even before i did the swap.

Now my question is, my idle is saying im at 2k but it sounds way lower than that. Would the speed sensor have anything to do with my tach reading high?

Because it really doesnt sound like 2k RPMs

the tach signal comes from the distributor, it may be in there. But you could try swapping cluster agian and see if that fixs it.
