Default axle swap, cable to hydraulic, using b16 sir2 tranny axels do not fit*

90 civic si hubs changed from to ls. i got a swap b18cblock b16 head, witha sir tranny from a jdm eg civic non lsd. the intermediate shaft is male, and fits fine, however the driver side axel is to tight for the hubs and when tighten they bind and there is no "play".
the b18a1 ys1 tranny and swap i pulled had a female intermediate shaft, and those axels and int. shaft fit fine, in the car before the swap.
the ys1 int. shaft (female) does not fit in the sir2 jdm tranny so i cannot use that set of axels that i just pulled from the old swap.
this is a cabe to hydraulic conversion*
innovative mount kit, and hydraulic conversion kit*
simple fix? or hard fix?

it should fit fine. the seals in the transmission for passenger axle and intermediate shaft are sized differently depending on the transmission. Hydro trannies used a smaller seal if I remember correctly (would make the ys1 int shaft feel like it was too tight to fit). Other than that I can't think of a reason why the ys1 shaft and axles wouldn't work.

I had the same problem with using my old S1 intermediate shaft with my new Y21 trans. The seal was to small to fit over the shaft. So I ordered a 90-93 DA seal and it fit perfect.

well it seems the intermediate shaft and axel on the driver side form the YS1 will not fit in the car or the jdm b16 hydro trans.
i took the intermediate shaft and the driver axle i got with the b16 trans. put them in the car and popped the shaft seal gasket off the shaft that goes into the hub... when the shaft went in it had that nice clang noise when it pops into the hub. i put da nut on and tighten it up and in turns nice, or was this a bad idea??
the car is slammed im not sure if this makes a difference?
