can't find redline on JDM B18C1
hello all!
I just picked up my car few days ago and it has JDM B18C1 engine. I was reving it until 8800 to find out fuel cut off and it kept going. I went on to the next gear, because I didn't want to cause any problem.
The previous owner told me, he's using JDM GSR ECU and the redline should be around 8500. Well, I looked up, and it should not rev beyond 8200.
What's going on?
Any advice??

i he increased the redline then? I don't know how to reset it
maybe reset the ecu the same way you would when you install a new header?
i dunno, if someone else can answer also because i also have an increased redline but i never took it past 8.1k
