Default 99-00 jdm b20b block with P8R head questions...

The 99-00 b20b has 9.6:1 C/R. 146 hp and 133 ft-lbs torque. What would the compression be with the P8R head(honda orthia head) on a 99-00 spec b20b block? What headgasket would you use? I heard p8r heads flow as good as the vtec heads due to the 33mm intake valves and bigger 84mm combustion chambers. What size are the exhaust valves? 28mm? Also are the b20b 99-00 spec oem cams an upgrade in the p8r head? Sorry with all the questions im just curious on this setup.

For the compression I think it's close, maybe 9:8 like a b18. Use a b20 gasket. The exhaust vlaves should be the same size as the b18. A lot of people put the b18 cams into the b20.

Most b20b come with the Ls head 81mm combustion chamber, but the p8r has an 84mm combustion chamber. I dont think the Ls headgasket would match, would it? Bump for some more info. What b18 are you talkin about??? b18b=9.2:1 b18c=10.0:1
