Default Putting coilover sleeves on.

Ok, so i have 4 new maxspeed coilover sleeves.
I am clueless on how to put them on. I am new to cars, and especially new to hondas.
Anybody have step-by step instructions on how to put them on? (pictures would be great too )
Thanks..

You've got to take your strut apart first. Be careful taking the hat off, unless you get a spring compressor. Slide off the spring and the bump stop and slide on one of the o-rings with the kit. Put it just over the lip of the strut and slide on the sleeve. Repeat for the other three. Bust out a tape measure and do some adjusting. Then go get an alignment.
