type of motor oil is best?...
what type of water is best for my cat?
deer park, dasani, aquafina, evian, or perrier?
did you really just ask that thinking someone could give you a simple definate answer? or that one even existed?
it's oil man, if you're not racing your car on a daily basis then don't worry about it.
If you can't sleep at night because you don't know what oil to use then try doing some research and send off for an oil analysis.
Here try this thread, they've done a few for you....

It's just that your question doesn't make any sense....
None of those oils were designed specifically for honda....not to mention specifically YOUR honda.
But even the answer to which you should use is so complex that there's not a good place to begin.
So like Pirate said.....educate yourself so you can make the decision about which is best for you. (or you can do like i said, it's just oil for a DD, and put something in there and be happy)

Nobody likes substantiating their Brand Name X claim of an oil being "best?" How old are you people? Are you all a product of our great "no child left behind" educational policy?

Bobistheoilguy.com really is the best forum to get oil brand information, they'll tell you which brands have better analysis results etc. but in my opinion Royal purple is the best of those 3 choices. My favorite oil overall is Amsoil. Depends on what viscosity and weather conditions you are in. For instance up north cold weather would be better for 0W30 oil but only if its a reliable brand like Amsoil or one of the M1 product lines. If your in high heat you may want a 5W30 which gives you more companies that are reliable since 5W30 is easier to make reliable. So in that case Shell or Castrol Syntec might be worth trying. If you have a high mileage engine and it's also internally dirty, you would want a brand with not so much detergents because it will most likely clog the filter and pick up screen, so you'd want to slowly clean it out with more frequent changes..... lots of choices.

Mobil one sports car 5w50? Never heard of it, but sounds way too thick for small engines with tight clearances/small oil passages. Also, being a base of 5 weight, it's gotta have a ton of additives to make the 50wt at operating temp. Supposedly you should avoid oils that have such a wide spread like that- according to bobistheoilguy gurus.
I'm pretty sure that at operating temps that 50wt is robbing some hp and gas mileage.
The color of the oil is 100% controlled by the sales team. When the oil is done being made it's clear, then they add the coloring based on what they think a potential buyer considers attractive or looks like it will last etc. Most of the time they go for a solid gold look, but more companies are leaning towards less color and more clear.

No matter what oil you decide to go with, clean oil is of the greatest importance. I'd just stick with what is in your price range, whether it be Royal Purple, Mobile 1, Castrol, or Amsoil. As long as you keep up with the changes your car will always be happy. But I definitely recommend using a full synthetic if you plan on being extremely hard on your motor.
I am a fan of, and use Valvoline high mileage; it has shown good VOA and UOAs at bobistheoilguy. For fully synthetics, I like the Castrol Syntec and Mobil 1 product lines; although I've heard rumors Mobil 1 is not a pure synthetic (I make no claims about this, but wanted to pass on information I've heard).
