for some odd reason i cant throw it in 3rd when im on the highway. it wont smoothly going in. i have to add some pressure to it. i dont try to force it in. when i drive around city it goes in like butter but at high RPM it takes a lil force..any ideas?

3rd-4th shifter fork in the trans could be broken...

 

High rpms, but goes in fine when you're at the correct RPMs = synchros 99% of the time.
