Default Brake problems help!

i was in an accident and my rotor some how shattered, now i've replaced the rotor and pads, the brake resoivor is full and when the car isn't on, the brake has stiff pressure, but the second i turn on the car pressure goes away and i'd have to pump twice to even stop the car, does neone have any tips on my problem? maybe a new slave cylinder?

I hope u replaced the pads and rotor on both sides not just the one that broke..things like that should be done in pairs.

if you're driving and step on the brakes the car will pull to one side.

if u jack up the car and try to turn the wheel can u turn it by hand on both sides?
if u cant turn the wheel with the brakes off then your caliper is seized you'll have to take it off and unseize it.sounds like the piston could be stuck out holding the brakes on since you said it seems stuck and grinds when you drive.
