Look at number 38 on that diagram theres i believe 3 (off the top of my head). Its really easy to pull with the dash off. If the dash is on, hope your small and limber.

yup dash has to come out and its got about 10 screws holding it to the dash. The dash aint hard to get out its about 10-12 bolts. Just make sure u are carefull with your wiring and passenger air bag

I think you need to remove some screws on the side above the center and work your way from there they shouldnt be too hard to find. I have mastersheets at work but unfortunatly im not there right now. call 434 817 1000 then type in ext.5500 and you will get the crutchfield technical support line they can tell you

airbag isnt hard to take out...just take out the battery and then unplug the one yellow clip to the airbag and one 10mm nut to the airbag right above the glove box....i worried the same way and then when i did it i was like wow

hey, i saw your post, well the easyest way i found out to take that trim piece off is get under your dash theirs cut outs specificley for that piece, all u need is an angled phillips, and some major patience. but the A/C cluster is screwed into it, so i ended up breaking mine off and have to take my whole dash out to replace it! and the funny part about this is, this is they only part of the dash thats not a snap or clip on..gotta love JDM...
