H23 dilemma.
I bought my 4th gen prelude in the fall of 2006. Before I bought it the entire top end was totally replaced after the timing belt broke. the motor has 98,400 miles on it and the top end only has about 15,000 to 20,000 on it. So my dilemma is if i should get an H22 head for it, or see if I can add anything to my head to make it more like the H22, minus the Vtec. I was thinking Cams for it, but I didn't know if H22 cams were different then the H23 cams, or anything like that, I currently have an AEM cai on it, as well as a DC sports header, and pace setter exhaust.

I dont think many people stagger in here knowing they need goals. I think they just know they want to go fast

Cams/springs/retainers would be the next easiest thing to try at this point. You could try experimenting with some intake manifolds too. A couple links:
