H22 > CRX BAR'd + Smog in CA?

It's really not a big deal getting BAR'd out here and passing the smog. You just have to have a healthy motor (which you should) and all the proper emission's parts (sensors and what-not). Just as long as your swap isn't a pile of slop, make it NEAT! Keep it stock til the Ref approves and you pass emissions then mod to your hearts content.

this guy is a dumb *** ref's still exists the r just temporarily closed also when thes post were made the ref stations were active you should find out the whole story before you post and look like a [freak]ing stupid ***

Woaa take it easy! If you have any realitives in different states register the car in their state and use their adress then tell them to send you the title! My car is registerd in ILL lol any cars 95 and older dont get tested!!
