I guess I'm more of a dweeb than I think. One of the links says the AUX jack in my 2008 civic radio is for headphones. But when I plug in my ipod headphones I hear nothing. I thought I could play my shuffle through the radio by just plugging into the AUX jack. But that also results in...NOTHING. Now i'm really confused. Any Help would be appreciated.

 

wierd.... i plug my iPod in through the aux port.

 

No you don't plug your headphones into the aux jack. Make sure you hit the AUX button on the radio.

 

AUX does not equal HEADPHONE.

 

The "AUX" jack is an INPUT, NOT an OUTPUT.

That means music goes into that hole, not comes out of it.
