i need brake pads and rotors!
Its time for rotors and pads. I figure new rotors is cheaper than resurfacing my stock rotors again. Im looking for stock replacement rotors and some inexpensive pads. Ive seen a lot posed about autozone rotors, some love them some hate them. Any thoughts? Any online stores with good prices?
i have a 94 ls and got the brembo cross drilled rotors that replace the stock ones and a set of project u pads all the way around. They are not the super high performance ones they are the high performance ones. i replaced my brake and clutch fluid with wilwood fluid and everything works great. the pads are really nice they dont seem to be chewing up my rotors and bite really well and dont fade very much at all. I drive on the street, no autocross or anything so maybe they are not the best race setup but they work great for the street. i have steel braided lines ordered but they are on back order but that should just improve pedal feel. good luck
Go for some Brembo blanks and some Hawk HP+ pads. You can get both on http://www.collettimotorsports.com, but the Hawk pads have been on backorder recently. However, http://www.TireRack.com usually has the HP+ pads in stock.

They got dimple drilled rotors for any car, and they can custom build it for you
very good service, Woods Ly is the owner there I think.

Sorry Ernie, I mispelled the link. http://www.collettimotorsports.com is the correct one. When I called them, I spoke to John, who was able to help me out.

Ernie,
I can recommend Colletti as well as a source for Brembo rotors. I carry them as well, but for the time being, you'll get better pricing from John.
As for pads, I highly recommend the Axxis Ultimate, which I also carry. It is an excellent high-performance street pad that can also be used for autocross, drag racing, and light track use.
For your 1995 Civic EX, your fitment will depend on if it is a coupe or a sedan, etc. Please go to our Honda fitment guide to find which part number you have for the front and rear:
http://www.cobaltfriction.com/prod-c...ment_guide.htm
I have pricing online for the Axxis Ultimate, as well as stock status. Honda-Tech.com members receive a 10% discount from Cobalt.
Good luck!

thanks for posting that link guys! I'm getting Brembo blanks from Colletti for almost as much as it would have cost for resurfacing per rotor at Midas-$25 for the rears! Only $40 plus shipping for the front rotors too. Well worth it.
