'99 Civic SI Horn Problems
I just bought my Si the other day and the horn doesnt work, It's clicking underneath the dash but the horn won't sound.. any ideas?

did you check the actual horn connection, it should be located behind the front bumper, maybe the connection or the horn itself may be bad?

Supply battery power directly to the horn to test whether it works. If so, then you might have a bad horn relay or switch on the steering wheel.

get a new car if all else fails.... haha jk i would just say screw it get an aftermarket horn adn hardwire it to the horn button lol
