Converting syncrowave 200 torch from air to water cooled?

Ok so Ive decided to upgrade my torch from air cooled to water cooled, but I can seem to find the correct parts that I need to make it work. I went to my local welding store, but they aren't sure what exactly is what I need to make it all work. I first purchased a miller cool mate 4 cooler and a weld craft water cooled torch and a single din adaptor. After trying to hook it just doesn't seem to be right. Has anyone here converted their syncrowave 200? and if so what part numbers did you use?

Miller makes an adapter you need that takes the gas line out of the torch connector on the machine and has the water inlet on it too...Go to your LWS and they should be able to look up the part number.
i think you are missing an adapter (miller part #195 380).. but talk to Jim from http://www.arc-zone.com he will get you set-up correctly.

Yea I tried, but they don't seem to have an assuring answer. My understanding is that the torch has three lines one goes to the welder for the gas and the other two lines are in and out for the water. My local welding store told me to bypass the welder and go directly to the regulator, my problem with that is that the gas will always be on, how would I regulate it, I suppose I can get a torch with a gas regulator, but that would limit my welding space.

Big Moose did a cheap diy conversion years back. I think it's in the archives here. He posted it on TOO's site, back when I was a member there.
CKworldWide Safe Loc Connector is what I used.
