Need Information on Swapping. Please Help.
I am not for sure what I am going to do yet but I need all your help.
What I Have: 1994 Honda Prelude Si w/ USDM H23A & Automatic Transmission
My rebuilt h23 auto tranny is going out and my motor has 160k miles with a few issues it's selt. Who knows when they will give out.
So I am looking into what to put in.
Choice 1:
JDM H22 w/ Manual Transmission - What is needed to swap in the h22? (USDM Motor setup I assume is different then the JDM motor setup)
Manual Transmission: anyone know any valuable information on doing the auto to manual swap?
Choice 2:
JDM H23 VTEC w/ Auto Transmission - How different is the USDM non VTEC H23 Engine setup to the JDM H23 VTEC setup.
Automatic Transmission: Does anyone know what kind of auto tranny it is and can I use my existing H23 transmission components with the JDM H23 Engine?

Anyone know of any excellent shops (anywhere in the US) who can build excellent performance heads? (what ever block i choose)

Then it's turbo time. Would an H22 or JDM H23 Engine be worth Turboing, & what what maximum psi can I run?
