Car wont start! Electrical
Im having problems with my 94 Integra RS. im going to start from when the car was running til present. I have been having no problems with the performance of the car , but i just wanted to clean it up a bit. I decided to clean the engine bay , i covered up the dizzy with a plastic bag and went to work. I sprayed engine cleaner on the engine let it sit and rinse it all down with the hose. After i took a bunch of towels and tried drying everything the best i could. After i was done drying everything i decided to repaint my valve cover , so i took it off painted it and put it back on and started up the carand went around the blockand the car drove fine.Next day on my way to work the car started jerkin and had a loss of power and seemed very sluggish as if it were misfiring. I pulled over and pushed down on all my plug wires and nothing changed still running rough. Then i pulled the plug wire off of cyl 4 and the car died instantly. I put the wire back on and the car wont start. Had the car towed home and did a little research on here and replaced the coil and tested the ICM which tested good. The car has fuel but no spark. I found a guy locallly with a good dizzy and he was kind enough to let me try it and see if it would fix my car. No luck
I am starting to think that something must gotten messed up by water somewhere in the harness. I also am hearing an electrical humming which seems to be coming somewhere from the engine bay. Im at a total loss and have no idea what could be. Any ideas? Sorry for the novel , but i just want to completely explain everything that could be a possible problem.

all the voltage and resistances are where they should be.. the blk/ylw wire going into the wire plug on the dizzy is getting 12V and... i'm stuck there... power going in and no spark coming out please help
Kinda funny my car wont start niether but its heavily moded. So not sure where to start. Something happend to me one time on my 90 teg. I washed the engine bay and some water went down into the sparkplugs holes in the head and it missed like a son of o bitch. All i did was take a small rag and shove it down into the hole and around the sparkplug with a coathanger. Worked like a charm. I hope this helps u out.
