RIP 98CIVIC hatch

As long as the car doesnt have much rust or is clean in good. Can be completely stripped as long as it has a clean title. I just got in a car accident yesterday some guy hit me on the freeway coming home everyone stoped then he was going 80mph and smashed me luckely me and my litle bro are alright but the car is a total loss help me get the ek back up and running for this summer thanks.

Yeah, you could probably take that guy through the ringer if you wanted.

Especially if you had head trama and needed medical help.

thanks a lot everybody yea i stuck about 7k on this car after i got it from brick and now its **** lol but hopefully i can get a lot of money from the insurance i just dont want 3,800 and have to buy the car bak that will suck.

 

damn dude the same thing happen to me in my ek, Exactly the same, on the highway, glad your ok, my insurance raped me, they gave me 4k for it when i had reciepts for everything

get all your parts out before their your insurances

well i got slamed hard and ended up in the hospital, and the car was towed later, the next day i went and picked it up to take to the body shop...

and the body shop said i might be able to buy it back, bullshit. so i took out my vafc, and shiftknob, etc.. and im about to take off my fogs, lip etc. they go, oh you need to leave that on there so they can give you all your money. (bullshit) they had some sort of deal with the insurance company, [freak]ing ******

anyways, it depends on your insurance, we were able to buy it back if we had a "dealers license" it was auctioned off to dealerships only not public... so being that and it being a newer car, it was a 98 and the accident happened in 2005, it wasnt 11 years old. any car thats 11 years old is entitled for buyback.
