Default Resistance in pedal when bleeding brakes?

I was trying to bleed my brakes the other day when I noticed that the passenger rear caliper was much harder to bleed than the others. It took significantly more pedal pressure than the rest of them. Anyone know why?

And side note, valvoline no longer makes the synpower brake fluid!
