Default Where is the start cut relay on an Integra

I have a 95 acura integra. I am trying to install a remote starter but, I can't seem to find the "starter cut relay" that is referenced in the instructions. Could someone tell me a good reference manual or tell me where it is located. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I have looked all over the Web but, found nothing.

Starter cut relay is alarm related. Usually you will se the relay under the dash spliced to your ignition (starter) wires, unless the alarm installer hid it somewhere else. (If that is the case, trace the alarm wires that are spliced into the starter wires till you find the relay)

Black with yellow stripe is your ignition wire (This is a really thick wire)
Black with white stripe is your starter wire (Also a really thick wire)
White is your battery (Also a really thick wire)
Dont splice(dont even try to test them) into the wires with yellow tape(loom) around it.
