Ok so I just got this car and really don't know anything about civics, I am more of a Domestic car person. But the problem is it idles at 1500 rpms at all times..I just changed the spark plugs, wires, rotor/cap, and did oil change and filter and fuel filter. Still the Rpms have not changed a bit. From what i know, this car has headers, AEM Cai, dual exhaust, and Chipped Ecu (which I've heard isn't possible for my civic?)

any advice I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks ahead of time!

it is making my car run very rich and making me and my little sister sick from the fumes.
