Atomic Blue vs. Super Sonic Blue
Is the Super Sonic Blue that came on Integras a different color then the Atomic Blue that came on the Si's a few years ago? They look the same to me, but I've never seen a Super Sonic Blue Integra in person. Also, how much do you think it would cost to paint my grey 92 Civic DX hatch one of those colors?
So then the Civic Si's were Super Sonic Blue? I would of sworn I read somewhere that that color was called Atomic Blue. I know I'm not creative enough to make something like that up.
Ahh, Electron Blue. Super Sonic Blue is the best looking blue that the Integras came in right? K, so now my questions is this... Which color would cost more to have my painted, and how much would it most likely cost me? I hear that the electron blue paint is really expensive, and I'd imagine the Super Sonic Blue would be too.
I want to paint my 92 Civic DX hatch. Right now it's that phantom grey or whatever it's called. It needs a new paintjob so I figured if I was gonna get it painted I might as well get it painted something nice.
hell no, I'm not that talented. I'm taking it to a local shop here in Westerville (Ohio). They've got a reputation for being the best body shop in the area, so I'm assuming I'm gonna end up paying more money. I've heard stories about people paying anything from $500 to $5000+ on a paintjob, so I'm just trying to get an estimate.
I've got a little bit of rust on my right rear fender (quarter panel). I'm not sure whether it can be fixed or not, it doesn't even really look like rust yet, just sort of bubbling paint. Hard to explain actually. It also does have a few little dings and one fairly large dent on the right door. It's bad enough that I know I'll have to replace the molding on that side. Either that or have the molding shaved, but I know that costs a lot.
