Ok here is my Problem. . . my O2 sensor wires were ripped out of there socket and i had to replace the O2 Sensor, now the car is a 95 Prelude H23a1, i bought a new universal O2 Sensor but in the car's harnis only three of the four sensor wire's are there and no matter how i wire them up the CEL does not seem to go away the code is 41 which is O2 Sensor, the wire colors that are on the Bosch O2 sensor are Black Gray White and White - The colors that are on the Car's side are black, Gray Green, and the forth is missing. . . . help

 

ok well does anyone know the colors of the wires that plug into the O2 Sensor of a 95 Prelude Si. . . i have 3 - Black Gray Green, and ?

 

well for starters, after you swap the o2 sensor, you need to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to clear the check engine light code from the ecu.

 

Would have been much cheaper to just repin the old o2 sensor. Haynes or such would probbly have a wire diagram, other wise trial and error. twist, dis batter,still a light rinse repeat.
